Training

• Product Operation – We train the engineers and operators on site, on the working system to ensure the highest level of knowledge transfer.

• Maintenance and Repair – For complex products, we’ll make sure you know what is needed to keep your DRI product in excellent working order.

• Follow-on Training - DRI supports systems for as long as they are deployed. When personnel changes happen, you can call on us to train or retrain your staff. Support

• Installation and Final Integration – Your DRI product will be installed and integrated on site with a direct member or members of the product team.

• 24/7 Support – Whether your needs are for 100% uptime or you just need to call us with questions, we’ll create a support plan that matches your requirements.

• Start Up Assistance – DRI will be available with the right technical resources during the critical integration phase of your line.

• Fast Build to Print Units – When additional products are needed, our complete documentation combined with the very best in production capabilities allow for additional units to be made swiftly.

Documentation

(All documentation is available both in electronic and hard copy format.)

• System Documentation – At the system level, key hardware specifications and assemblies are defined and documented. Both functional and cabling diagrams are included with detailed drawings of any custom components.

• Drawing Packages – Our documentation packages include all the detail to replicate your DRI product. You will get a complete set of drawings including drawing lists, parts list, assembly level drawings, schematics, and part fabrication drawings.

• Software Documentation – Our software documentation meets the Unified Modeling Language™ (UML) standards for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting software systems.

• User Manual – All systems are supplied with an easy to use operations manual.

• Maintenance Manual – Some DRI products require regular maintenance. You will receive the recommended cycle time and instructions to perform these.
