At Design Right, we think the way we work says a lot about us. In everything we do, we utilize consistent processes and tools to ensure excellent communication and the best possible technical solution. We work with you so that our methods will be easily incorporated into your procedures.

Continual communication is one of the most important elements of a successful project. At Design Right, we have consistent processes using design reviews and detailed weekly updates to keep you informed on the very latest decisions and issues. At the end of the project, we perform an acceptance test procedure which ensures all the specifications have been met or exceeded per your requirements. We understand that the shortest path to a robust solution is what every customer wants and needs. It’s critical for our customers to have our products and solutions work the first time. We use 3D Solid Modeling tools in the design process to minimize any possible problems caused by part interference or tolerance issues. We work with AutoCAD 3D, Mechanical Desktop, Pro Engineer and SolidWorks and generally will either use or translate to the customer’s tool of choice.

We work exclusively with suppliers and partners that have demonstrated their ability to consistently meet our customer’s needs and be an active participant in the solution. Sometimes that may be the machine shop next door, or it might require one of our specialist partners across the country.
