BURN-IN TEST FIXTURES
Burn-in Test Fixtures are another DRI specialty. We have designed, built and delivered all types of Burn-in Test Fixtures from the simple DC interfaces to multi-axis RF/DC interfaces. Most of the Burn-in fixtures hold multiple devices to meet production throughput. We utilize many electrical interface types from manual D-Sub connectors, to Spring Contacts (Pogo-Pins) to precision RF connectors. Our experience and knowledge of Burn-in Fixtures keep issues like outgassing and thermal expansion to a minimum. We have worked with all types of commercial thermal platforms, thermal ovens and temperature forcing systems. We have even worked with customers to design and build custom rack mounted thermal platforms to meet their unique requirements.
